Ed Meek is the author of five  books of poetry, a memoir, and a collection of short stories. His new book of poems is called Great Pond. His memoir is In the Cooling Twilight. He also writes articles, reviews and commentary. His work has appeared in many magazines, journals and newspapers including The Paris Review, The North American Review, Cream City Review, The Boston Review, The Sun, The Christian Science Monitor, The Boston Globe and The Boston Herald.  He is a contributing Editor for Rivanna Review. He has taught composition, creative writing and literature at the high school and college level. He teaches classes at the Osher Institute. He lives in Great Barrington with his wife Elizabeth and their dog, Mookie.
